Hi, I’m Ilze! I am a Chartered Accountant turned Executive Leadership Coach.
With more than a decade in Big Four and corporate finance, I’ve seen first-hand that the quality of leadership makes or breaks performance. Great leaders find meaning in their work, inspire loyalty, build trust, and leave a lasting impact on the people they lead.
